(More customer reviews)These things are fantastic. I use them with a Sansa player and the sound is out of this world. They fit beautifully and are by far the most comfortable ear buds I've ever used. They include three different size tips so you should be able to get a perfect fit. In the last two weeks I've used them on airplanes twice and was very impressed with how they isolate the airplane noise (I couldn't even hear the announcement to "turn off all electronic devices in preparation for landing"). I've also used them in a camping situation with guys snoring and am happy to report that with the right background music coming through my new Maximos I was able to sleep in spite of the rumble.
