(More customer reviews)This just did not work for my colleague.She couldn't get it to stay on or in her ear at the same time.She tried the different ear buds and that didn't help.I think the fact it is corded naturally adds weight to the outside of the unit, thus making it prone to falling off the ear.I returned it for refund and have now ordered an over the head style corded headset for her.Hope you have a better experience.
