(More customer reviews)This is a great price for a gift bundle that comes with not just noise-canceling headphones, but also a 512MB mp3 player, along with 3 cute little office toys (the "stress buster kit-2 things & the decision wheel) just keep in mind that you get what you pay for when you buy Coby. The "noise canceling" headphones really do only seem to create white noise. It may be producing a generic wave meant to cancel loud engine noises like the lawn mower, but I have not seen it to cancel specific sounds at all. I wore them on the plane and turned them on, but I really didn't notice a big difference in ambient volume when I switched it on & off.
The MP3 player seemed to work just fine when I had enough battery power... I think maybe the problem I had was associated with putting an uncharged battery in.
The decision wheel is made by someone else and actually quite nice. It has good weight to it (nice paperweight) and it spins well, too.
I haven't really opened the stress buster (it comes sealed in shrink-wrap) because I was still considering using it in a gift bundle of my own for someone.
Simply Perfect Gifts does a nice job with presentation and price, so it would probably be a nice Secret Santa gift for a coworker or classmate who doesn't already have nicer headphones or an mp3 player, just don't expect the headphones to actually cancel any noise.
