(More customer reviews)I work at home and my desk sits squarely between the family room and the kitchen. That's fine when the kids are at school, but when everyone is home it can be distracting at times.
This headset is wonderful. It was plug and play, although I did need to select it as an audio output preference in my system preference - I'm on a Mac.And I love that you can control what you're listening to with the buttons right on the headset. If I need to pause for a minute I just press the button and then press it again to resume.
I've used it to listen to lectures and music while I'm cooking. It even works in my garden as long as I'm not too far from my computer, then it starts to break up a bit. I'd say I have a 30-40 foot range. It's even been great at my desk to listen to soothing music if the teenagers are being loud. :-)
All around, a great headset and highly recommended!
