(More customer reviews)I purchased the Plantronics headset with noise reducing microphone for use in my home office.I work for a midwestern retail company, taking incoming store calls.One of the most important qualifications for my job is "no background noise".I have a small dog who alerts me of neighborhood activity, so I was concerned about barking coming through the microphone.A few days ago I was in a meeting using the headset and I forgot to close my office door.Of course the dog barked an alert.I closed the office door and appologized for the noise.No one in the meeting heard the dog!I am very impressed with the noise reduction quality!Additionally, the unit is comfortable for a full day at work.I like the movement options of the microphone so I can get it just right.I have no problem with incoming sound.The connection is clear and crisp.As an aside, I use the Plantronics headset with the Plantronics M22 amplifier and the most inexpensive phone I could find.This set up seems to work great for my application and I am very pleased with the purchase.
