These headsets seem identical to the Jasco 95500.They are pretty large and bulky, but come with a leather carrying bag.The bag is a tight fit, and the drawstring soon came off, but putting it back on shouldn't be a big deal.It also come with a two prong adapter that will let you hook into the airplane's sound system without having to buy a pair of those awful earphones they hand out.The power switch is on a small box on the cable, and has a volume knob, a mute switch for whatever sound source you have it hooked up to, built in belt clip, and it uses a single AAA battery.
Airline noise seems to have a high frequency hiss and a low frequency rumble.These take care of the low rumble, which seems to be the most irritating on long trips.Sound quality is good, but not spectacular like I might expect with Bose or other brand.I feel like I made a good choice for the money (less than $50).
